The Order maintains administrative offices at the Knights of Rizal Building, Bonifacio Drive, Port Area, Manila. It is headed by an Executive director and administrative officer and assisted by a staff of employees. As a matter of established policy, the Deputy Supreme Commander is the operations officer.

The administrative offices are directly under the supervision of the Supreme Commander, assisted by the members of the Supreme Council.

The following are the members of the administrative staff of the Supreme Council

The Executive Director and/or Administrative Officer:

Duties and Responsibilities

Regional Commander and Deputy Regional Commander

Regional Commander

    1. Manage the affairs of the Order within his region and submit to the Supreme Council a report covering the activities of the region;
    2. Motivate and campaign for the enlistment of lifetime members within his region;
    3. Motivate and spearhead the formation of new Chapters and reactivates inactive chapters for the Knights of Rizal, Kababaihang Rizalista, Las Damas de Rizal, KAPARIZ, and other affiliate organizations;
    4. In the absence of the Supreme Commander and other Supreme Council Trustees, and upon prior authority from the Supreme Commander, oversee the ceremonies for the admission of new members, the elevation to Knights Officer of Rizal or higher rank, and the establishment of new Chapters; and
    5. Ensure that the purposes of the Order are consistently and faithfully accomplished and that the Amended By-Laws, resolutions, and issuance of the Supreme Council or the Supreme Commander are immediately and adequately executed or implemented.

Deputy Regional Commander

    1. Assist the Regional Commander with utmost dedication, effectiveness, and efficiency in performing his duties and functions. In his absence, illness, inability, or resignation, discharge the duties and functions of the Regional Commander; and
    2. Perform other tasks assigned by the Regional Commander, other superior officers of the Order, or the Supreme Council.

Area Commander and Deputy Area Commander

    1. Call and preside over all regular and special Area meetings and assemblies.
    2. Create, with the approval of the Area Council or other Area officers, the appropriate committees which may be deemed necessary and submit to the Supreme Council through the Regional Commander a report covering the activities of the Area with such detail as may be necessary to acquire complete information about the Area's activities.
    3. Motivate and campaign for the enlistment of lifetime members within his Area.
    4. Motivate and spearhead the formation of new Chapters for the Knights of Rizal, Kababaihang Rizalista, Las Damas de Rizal, KAPARIZ, and other affiliate organizations.
    5. Recommend to the Regional Commander, in consultation with
    6. the Chapter Commanders, Knights who may be qualified to be appointed as Regional Commander, Deputy Regional Commander, Area Commander, and Deputy Area Commander when so required or requested.
    7. Assist the Regional Commander in overseeing the ceremony for the admission of new members, the elevation to Knights Officer of Rizal or higher rank, and the establishment of new Chapters in the absence of the Supreme Commander and other Supreme Trustees and upon prior authority from the Supreme Commander; and
    8. Ensure that the purposes of the Order are consistently and faithfully accomplished and that the Amended By-Laws, resolutions, and issuance of the Supreme Council or the Supreme Commander, as well as those of the Regional Commander, are immediately and adequately executed or implemented.

Deputy Area Commander

    1. Assist the Area Commander with utmost dedication, effectiveness, and efficiency in performing his duties and functions. In the absence, illness, inability, or resignation of the latter, discharge the duties and functions of the Area Commander; and
    2. Perform other tasks given by the Area Commander, other superior officers of the Order, or the Supreme Council.
