The first Knights of Rizal Manual was published on December 30, 1985, during the incumbency of Sir Justo P. Torres Jr. KGCR as Supreme Commander. By December 31, 1993, it had grown to 180 chapters throughout the Philippines, and 48 Chapters in foreign countries, and this growth accelerated to more than 300 vibrant chapters with over 36,000 members worldwide.
